Trendsetters
Just caught the first episode of the second season of Glee. Okay, some parts were good, some parts were funny, some parts were awesome. But the storyline is still sketch. And I just wanted to see Mike Chang’s abs.
This caught my eye though. The cast sang “Empire State of Mind” wearing these:
Those shirts are so three years ago, a la Shane Billings’ awesome LCC t-shirt design.
Who wore it best?
Pop Stars, Pop Tarts
I’ve talked about Joseph Vincent before, haven’t I? Amazingly talented acoustic artist who went on Ellen and won a bunch of money?
Decided to talk to Joseph a bit more for Audrey Magazine, getting some insight into this budding heartthrob. My pal, Carmen provided the photos. The session wasn’t as awkward as the picture above would indicate.
Totally Getting Paid To Do This Right Now
Howdy. I’m at BLANKSPACES here, a rent-an-office-space-for-a-day/month/week/whenever spot. I’m doing a photoshoot for them where I basically “act” like I’m working on a laptop. So yep, here I am, getting paid to blog this.
Life is-God is- too good to me.
God’s Grace
Though I don’t get to spend as much time with my church family as I’d like because I’m off doing whatever idiotic things or things I foolishly feel takes priority over my spiritual nourishment, spending the precious time with them is always a most gratifying experience.
Showbiz Family
The term “showbiz” family has never been more true than last weekend, where my mom, dad, grandma and I all shot commercials. My mom was the busiest bee, doing two commercials back-to-back, playing three different characters.
Dreamers in the City of Dreams
“Welcome to Hollywood! What’s your dream? Everybody comes here; this is Hollywood, land of dreams. Some dreams come true, some don’t; but keep on dreamin’ – this is Hollywood. Always time to dream, so keep on dreamin’.”

Eating Through Life
I am a foodie. I live to eat. I look forward to every meal like it’s the hottest concert in town. I adore the experience I get of breaking some bread with my beloveds. It’s never a quiet time when I sit down to eat. The oohs and aahs and mms and yums are inevitable.
However, I am by no means a food blogger. Those people are a whole other animal. The way they can describe the sensations and subtleties of food is absolutely incredible and blows my mind. The way they love food-so much that they can get into arguments on which meats are the best to grill with or which wine to go with which dish-is so enjoyable for an outsider like me to survey.

I have this problem. I have a need to share with the world my passions and interests and hope that they will also enjoy it. Hence, this blog is born- to showcase some of the things I'm most fascinated with. Most of the posts relate to the media as it relates to me. (Blame the early twenties neurosis of thinking the world revolves around you). (More..)
