I am Not Cool. Literally.

What the hezzles is happening with this weather?! I could have sworn it was only just last week I was all bundled up in my baby blue UCLA sweatshirt, running to dive under my millions of blankets into my warm cozy bed.

So, it’s been awhile, folks. Let me tell ya, if my blog were my friend, I would have been a very very shitty friend. I don’t communicate with it for weeks, I don’t leave it messages, I don’t even check on it. I just leave it hanging, empty… alone… desolate…

And in return, that is how I have been treating you, my readers. I recognize that as a blogger, you owe your readers this relationship where you’re providing them content, letting them in on your life, etc. etc.

It’s been kind of hard doing that. I could blame it on the slight-internet stalker freaking the beejeezus out of me, the daily work I’ve been doing on Audrey Magazine taking up all my blogging (and eyeball) time, the lovely sister visiting from HK, the ch…ch…ch…changes going on or even the ol’ writer’s blog but what it comes down to is lack of material, lack of motivation, lack of focus. I’d rather be eating sushi than brainstorming for ideas, reading on my kindle than wordpressing, etc etc.

And like any good ol’ friend, I am coming back atcha, flower in hand, asking for forgiveness. There’s no promises I’ll get better but things are coming my way, I can feel it. And I definitely want to take you along for the ride.

In the meantime, I’m off to Vegas for the weekend. You all need to do something fun as well, y’hear?!
